Roosevelt Square is the redevelopment of the former ABLA Homes site on Chicago's Near West Side — a mixed-income community delivered in phases. McField & Associates partnered with the General Contractor to support construction management across 184 units of the development.
Our team helped coordinate field operations, monitor compliance with HUD and CHA requirements, and keep the GC's teams aligned through every phase of delivery.
