Established in 2014 by President & CEO Seretha McField-Gibbs, McField & Associates, Inc. (M&A) is an Illinois-based strategic business consulting and construction management firm headquartered in Plainfield, Illinois, with offices in Chicago. We are a certified DBE, BEP, MBE, and WBE firm delivering high-quality construction project management, regulatory compliance, and business operational consulting services to public and private sector clients.
