Dearborn Homes is one of the Chicago Housing Authority's long-standing public housing developments in the Bronzeville neighborhood. McField & Associates partnered with the General Contractor to provide construction management support across the 668-unit rehabilitation effort.
Our team supported field coordination, contractor and vendor vetting, certified payroll management, and ongoing compliance with HUD and CHA requirements — helping the GC keep phased work on schedule with minimal disruption to residents.
